Warren won the last time they faced Marshall and things went their way on Saturday too. The Warren Warriors breezed by the Marshall Rams to the tune of 72-27. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.

Warren's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Makayla Davis, who went 6 of 12 on her way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Destiny Hernandez, who went 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 18 points.

Warren was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Marshall only racked up nine assists.

Marshall's loss came despite strong showings from Lori Garcia and Jenell Flores. Garcia posted 11 points, while Flores had 12 points. Flores has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times she's played.

The victory snapped Warren's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 20-8 record. As for Marshall, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-12 record.
