Volleyball Recap: Buckingham Charter Extends Winning Streak to Three

Buckingham Charter had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Cristo Rey Saints by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Buckingham Charter's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Cristo Rey, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Buckingham Charter didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Adventure Christian on the 30th. After both having extra time off, Cristo Rey and Sacramento Adventist will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on September 8.
