San Marcos never let their opponents score on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 26-0 margin over the San Clemente Tritons. The result was nothing new for the Royals, who have now won eight games by 21 points or more so far this season.

Victoria Aldana threw for 98 yards and three touchdowns. Rio Chesluk was her top target, picking up 41 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

The victory (which was San Marcos' fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.6 points on average over those games. As for San Clemente, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

San Marcos didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 victory against San Juan Hills on the 30th. As for San Clemente, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 19-13 win against Northwood on the 30th.
