Meanwhile, West Linn put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Friday. They blew past Lakeridge 52-10 at home.
Oregon City's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 5-3. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 16.3 points per game. As for West Linn, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.
Oregon City was taken down by West Linn 55-13 in their previous meeting back in October of 2022. Can Oregon City avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
