Baseball Game Preview: Clark Chargers vs. Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons

For the second straight game, Clark will face off against Doral Academy Red Rock. The Chargers are taking a road trip to face off against the Dragons at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Clark is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

While Clark's win against Doral Academy Red Rock wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chargers had just enough and edged out the Dragons 8-7 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Dragons: they've now won three in a row.

Hernandez has become a key player for Clark: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 11-12 otherwise. Ryland Gregorich was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases.

Clark's win bumped their record up to 14-12. As for Doral Academy Red Rock, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11-1 record this season.
