Several Bronchos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brody McLaren, who threw for 215 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 119 yards on only 15 carries. McLaren's passing game has become a key predictor of Bethany's success: the team is 3-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 0-4 otherwise. Baren Tehee was another key back, gaining 132 total yards and two touchdowns.
