Russellville can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against the West Point Warriors by a score of 6-2. The Golden Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Ty Engelthaler spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on three hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brayden Entrekin, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4. He also put up a triple, which was his first of the season. Ty Willis was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

Russellville's win bumped their record up to 19-8. As for West Point, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-18.

Russellville will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Warriors: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
