The Frazier Commodores's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight defeat. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 53-31 walloping at the hands of Chartiers-Houston. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Frazier has scored all season.
When it comes to explaining why Frazier lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dailan Mcmanus. Despite the final result, he scored 16 points along with five steals. Brock Alekson was another key contributor, scoring three points along with 11 rebounds and three blocks.
Frazier struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Frazier has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Chartiers-Houston, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-5.
Frazier will take on the Mighty Mikes at TBD on Friday. Carmichaels has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 15. As for Chartiers-Houston, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rangers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Fort Cherry has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 932 points over their last 13 matches.
