The result was nothing new for Lincoln-Way East, who have now won eight matches by 20 points or more so far this season.
Nuri Muhammad was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 126 yards.
Lincoln-Way East's win was their tenth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their overall record up to 9-0. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 31 points. As for Bolingbrook, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
Lincoln-Way East will be playing in front of their home fans against Taft at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Taft will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings (they are ranked 187th, while Lincoln-Way East is ranked fourth). Bolingbrook does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
