Allendale-Fairfax extended the longest winning streak in A Region V this week by beating Branchville, 52-0. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
Estill took down Bethune-Bowman 70-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Shervas Brown ran for 203 yards in the win.
Whale Branch's dynamic duo of Brandon Morton and Devonta Delaney proved tough for St. John's to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Morton threw for 112 yards and three touchdowns and Delaney had 112 yards receiving. Darrien Brown helped Whale Branch's passing attack out by catching one ball for 11 yards.
The Warriors' Morton and Delaney have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Morton has thrown for 717 yards this season, while Delaney, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 25 catches for 723 yards. Jarvis Singleton from the Fighting Gators leads the league in rushing with 1141 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Allendale-Fairfax takes on second place Whale Branch. Allendale-Fairfax defeated the Yellowjackets last week, while Whale Branch bested the Islanders.
Brown has rushed for 969 yards on 115 carries so far this year.

The Warriors made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,700 from 5,545. The improvement was the result of 36-12 victory over james waring's team last week.
