There's no place like home for Clovis, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against the Los Alamos Hilltoppers on Saturday by a score of 10-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won six contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Clovis has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Los Alamos, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Clovis will square off against Mayfield at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Los Alamos has already played their next matchup (against Santa Fe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
