The Kennedy Bears's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 77-59 to Eden. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Kennedy in their matchups with Eden: they've now lost six in a row.
Taesyn Slating was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 37 points and ten rebounds for Eden. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Slating has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Chris Krencik, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Eden, their victory bumped their record up to 14-3.
Kennedy will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Cleveland Hill at 6:30 p.m. Eden will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Global Concepts at 6:30 p.m. on February 12th.
