Softball Recap: Duncan Extends Winning Streak to Three

Duncan made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Hayden, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Duncan blew past Hayden 16-1 on Wednesday. The Wildkats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by eight runs or more this season.

The win was the third in a row for Duncan, bringing their record up to 5-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Hayden, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Duncan will head out on the road to take on Miami at 4:00 p.m. on April 4. As for Hayden, they will be playing at home against San Manuel at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Hayden's pitchers better be ready for this one: San Manuel has averaged an impressive 11 runs per game this season.
