Naperville Central pushed their score all the way to 57 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 69-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Minooka.
Meanwhile, Naperville North's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 46-18 loss at the hands of Schaumburg. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Naperville North has scored all season.
Sydni Fink was Naperville North's leading scorer, having posted five points. Fink also led the team in assists with three. Fink held things down on the boards with four rebounds.
Naperville Central has fallen quite a ways from their 23-11 record last season and are now at 2-8. As for Naperville North, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
Naperville Central beat Naperville North 59-46 in their previous matchup back in February. Will Naperville Central repeat their success, or does Naperville North have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
