Eastside won the last time they faced Churubusco and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Blazers blew past the Eagles 9-3. The Blazers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Eastside and bumps their season record up to 10-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Churubusco, they dropped their record down to 8-3 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
