The Tri-City Christian Academy Warriors can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They beat Arizona Cultural Academy by the very same score they won with last week: 43-7. The team accrued 31 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.
Tri-City Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Peyton Jacobsen, who scored 29 points along with nine rebounds and six steals. Jacobsen is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Claire Dale, who scored four points.
The victory (which was Tri-City Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 13-2. As for Arizona Cultural Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing James Madison Preparatory School the next time they take the court. Tri-City Christian Academy will host James Madison Preparatory School at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Arizona Cultural Academy will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
