Northwest not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 24, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the St. Joseph Central Flyers as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mohawks.

Northwest's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Northwest will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against South Webster at 7:00 p.m. As for St. Joseph Central, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Eastern at 5:30 p.m. on September 3.
