Carrollton put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Hardin-Central Bulldogs 41-24. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Hardin-Central lost, don't look at Zoey Polk. Despite the final result, she posted six points in addition to ten boards and three steals. Polk has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last five times she's played.

Carrollton pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Hardin-Central, they moved to 5-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Carrollton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-65 loss against Hoover on the 14th. Hardin-Central has also already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Sweet Springs on the 12th.
