Aquinas Academy came into Monday's matchup having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the St. Joseph Spartans on Monday as they made off with a 15-7 win. The Crusaders not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 27th (when they won 12-2).

Aquinas Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for St. Joseph, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Aquinas Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Spartans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
