Campbell is 8-2 against Raymond since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Campbell will host Raymond at 4:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Campbell is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over Prospect Mountain on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what Campbell needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Luke Delia was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Delia was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

In other batting news, Michael Grace was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run and five RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Braydon White, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Campbell always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .647. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Raymond ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Newfound Regional 5-3. While the Rams didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-10), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Campbell's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Raymond, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Everything went Campbell's way against Raymond in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Campbell made off with a 10-0 victory. Does Campbell have another victory up their sleeve, or will Raymond turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
