Zion Phillips produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Valley Stream Central to the win on Friday. Phillips wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with seven or more strikeouts.
