Wilson took a serious blow against Myrtle Beach last Friday, falling 7-49. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Wilson.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing zero points in their last game, Marlboro County made sure to put some points up on the board against Darlington. Everything came up roses for Marlboro County against Darlington as the squad secured a 41-6 win. Followers of Marlboro County probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.
Marlboro County's victory lifted them to 5-2 while Wilson's loss dropped them down to 5-4. We'll see if Marlboro County's success rolls on or if Wilson are able to steal their positive momentum.
