The Bonita Vista Barons will head out on the road to square off against the Montgomery Aztecs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bonita Vista's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
After failing to score in their last game, Bonita Vista made sure to put some goals up on the board against Chula Vista on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged the Spartans out 4-3. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but Bonita Vista was the better team in the second half.
Meanwhile, Montgomery didn't have quite enough to beat Olympian on Wednesday and fell 2-1. Montgomery has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Bonita Vista's victory bumped their record up to 9-5-4. As for Montgomery, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15-6.
