Dadeville and the Bobcats are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. The two teams will face off at 5:00 p.m. on February 5th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Dadeville is no doubt hoping to put an end to a 13-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
After soaring to 57 points the game before, Dadeville were a bit more limited in their contest two weeks ago. They were outmatched by Central of Coosa County on the road and fell 59-25. Dadeville was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-11.
Meanwhile, Beulah suffered a tough 49-24 loss at the hands of the Bears on Tuesday. Beulah has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Dadeville's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Beulah, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
Dadeville was able to grind out a solid victory over the Bobcats when the teams last played back in January, winning 57-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dadeville since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
