Among those leading the charge was Cale Barnett, who scored 21 points along with five rebounds. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Corben Gonzales, who scored ten points.
Bandera is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Devine, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.
Bandera will be home for the holidays to greet Hondo at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Hondo will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1519th, while Bandera is ranked 583rd). As for Devine, they will head out on the road to face off against Young Men's Leadership Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Young Men's Leadership Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Tuesday.
