Everything went their way against Buhach Colony as Patterson made off with a 73-50 win. Given Patterson's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 238th, while Buhach Colony is ranked 979th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Patterson's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Amari Coley, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was David Nnaji, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Patterson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season. As for Buhach Colony, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-17.
Patterson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-46 victory vs. Golden Valley on the 9th. Buhach Colony has also already played their next contest, a 60-38 defeat against Merced on the 9th.
