Adding to the longest winning streak in North Jersey - Meadowlands this week, Palisades Park/Leonia beat North Arlington 35-14. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.
Hasbrouck Heights moved up to 41 from 67 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Aviators were able to move up by defeating Waldwick/Midland Park 39-7.
Kevin Momnohin was a beast in the backfield as Queen of Peace beat Saddle Brook.
Karriem Royster threw for 212 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 15-28 with 2 interceptions.
Momnohin was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 215 yards on 13 carries as the Golden Griffins beat Wood-Ridge. Brandon Cummings also contributed to the rushing game with 75 yards on the ground.
Leading North Jersey - Meadowlands in both passing and receiving yards, the Wildcats' Royster and Joe Penna have proven to be a lethal combination. Royster has thrown for 1,328 yards this season, while Penna has 46 catches for 580 yards. Momnohin from Queen of Peace leads the league in rushing with 1,384 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Palisades Park/Leonia takes on second place Hasbrouck Heights. Last week, Palisades Park/Leonia bested the Vikings, while Hasbrouck Heights defeated the Warriors.

The Tigers scored 35 points last week as they topped Anthony Marck's team.
