He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Eduardo Rodriguez, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and six assists.
FAU High's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Antonio Mitkov, who scored 12 points.
Trinity Christian Academy's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-9.
