The Harrisburg Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Van-Far Indians, and things went their way on Saturday too. Harrisburg managed a 55-51 win over Van-Far. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Harrisburg.
Despite the loss, Van-Far still got an impressive performance from Nikos Connaway, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. The contest was Connaway's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Huff, who scored eight points.
Harrisburg's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Van-Far, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
Harrisburg will head out on the road to face off against New Franklin at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. New Franklin has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 546 points over their last seven contests. Van-Far will be home for the holidays to greet Community at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Community will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 488th, while Van-Far is ranked 151st).
