Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Rochester couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 2-0 to the Columbia Eagles on Monday. The Rockets' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Peyton Zeidler paced Rochester's offense, picking up nine kills. Zeidler got some help from Cami Tinder and her 12 assists. Katie Riedle controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Rochester's loss dropped their record down to 29-9. As for Columbia, the victory was the 23rd in a row for them, bringing their record up to 37-1.

Rochester does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Columbia, they will take on Rockford Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
