After soaring high against Merrimack Valley last Saturday, Icarus fell to the ground on Saturday. Stark took a 13-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of Plymouth. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Stark of the 16-21 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head.
The loss dropped Stark back to even at 1-1. The victory bumped Plymouth's record up to 2-0.
Stark will look to defend their home turf next week against Bow at 2:00 PM. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. Plymouth are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Belmont-Gilford at 1:30 PM.
