Not much got past  Chasity Kelich, who gave up just  two  hits to keep Frankfort off the board.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Makenna Comer, who  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and one  run. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was  Lacey Bitner, who  went 1-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Tipton  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Frankfort only managed three  hits.
With the  win, Tipton broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-13. As for Frankfort, they dropped their record down to 0-17 with the  defeat, which was their 14th straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Tipton has already played their next match,  an  8-4  loss against Madison-Grant on the 12th. As for Frankfort, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  13-0  defeat against Western Boone on the 15th.
