In what's become a running theme this season, the Futures Knights gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They breezed by Delta at home to the tune of 75-29. Winning may never get old, but Futures sure is getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Futures was led to victory by Deonta Dorrough and Daniel Kozlov. Dorrough scored 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals, while Kozlov scored 22 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Dorrough is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was EJ George, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds.
Futures' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.8 points per game. As for Delta, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
Futures will head out on the road to face off against Foresthill at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Delta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
