After flying high against the Des Moines East Scarlets last Monday, the Fort Dodge Dodgers came back down to earth. Fort Dodge fell to the Bluejays 69-65. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Perry to victory, but perhaps none more so than Owen Meyers, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Geren Kenney, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Fort Dodge's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Perry, their win bumped their record up to 4-9.
