On Friday, Sidney put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Bedford 68-26. That result was just more of the same for Sidney, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Sidney's record up to 4-1. Bedford are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Sidney will look to defend their home turf next week against East Mills at 7:00 PM. The squad will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. As for Bedford, they will face off against Fremont-Mills. Bedford stagger into the contest hobbled by five consecutive losses while Fremont-Mills skip in buoyed by four consecutive wins.
