Show Low had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Winslow by a score of 64-53 on Thursday.
Cameron Wallentine had a dynamite game for Show Low, scoring 22 points. Another player making a difference was Preston Power, who scored 13 points.
Meanwhile, Payson had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past Winslow with points to spare, taking the game 79-60.
It was another big night for Mikey Schinstock, who went 9 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 39 points and 1 assist. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Anderson Hatch, who scored 15 points.
Show Low's win bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Payson, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
