Baseball Recap: Revere Extends Winning Streak to Three

Revere came out on top against Copley on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run sixth inning. The Minutemen walked away with an 8-3 victory over the Indians. The win was nothing new for the Minutemen as they're now sitting on three straight.

Geoffrey Siess was excellent, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Anden Bender, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Revere's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Copley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Revere will host Field at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Copley, they will square off against Hudson at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
