Despite the loss, Elko still got an impressive performance from Preston Chamberlin, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. The matchup was Chamberlin's third in a row with at least ten points.
Elko's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-1. As for Kuna, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Elko will head out on the road to face off against Reed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Reed is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 53 points per game. As for Kuna, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Middleton at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Middleton presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Kuna in Idaho (Middleton is ranked fifth, while Kuna is ranked 47th).
