Merit Preparatory Academy extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Michigan Draper. The Merit Preparatory Academy Knights simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Salt Lake Academy Griffins 71-44 thanks in part to Draper, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 13 points in addition to seven assists and seven steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played.
The team also got some help courtesy of Drexton Hardy, who posted eight points and four steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.
Despite the loss, Salt Lake Academy still got an impressive performance from Braylon Brock, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 boards.
