The Albany Warriors lost against the Princeton Tigers back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Albany took a 56-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Princeton. Albany has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Princeton was led to victory by Grace Kelly and Addy Henke. Kelly scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds, while Henke scored 28 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Henke has scored at least 25% of Princeton's points. Another player making a difference was Mikaylee Henke, who scored 4 points along with 3 steals.
Albany's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Princeton, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Albany's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Stanberry. Princeton is on the road again on Thursday and play against King City at 4:45 p.m. on November 30th. King City comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
