Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tamarac). Everything went their way against the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints on Thursday as the Tamarac Bengals made off with a 74-48 win. The Bengals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 24 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Saratoga Central Catholic saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sophia Ryan posted 34 points. That was a full 70.8% of Saratoga Central Catholic's points, marking the sixth time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Maddison Norton, who earned eight points.

The victory (which was Tamarac's third in a row) raised their record to 7-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, they dropped their record down to 4-5 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
