Leading Jackson to victory were Ryan Mcferran and Trey Hawkins. Mcferran dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds, while Hawkins scored 18 points along with six rebounds. The matchup was Mcferran's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Drew Pepin was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with nine rebounds.
Jackson pushed their record up to 7-2 with that win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points per game. As for Kennedy Catholic, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
