Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas found their leader in underclassman Clinton Ezugha, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. Ezugha hasn't dropped below 15points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Aranas, who scored eight points along with five steals.
Meanwhile, The Meadows School had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Doral Academy Red Rock 73-31 at home. That 42 points margin sets a new team best for The Meadows School this season.
Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for The Meadows School, they pushed their record up to 11-7 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
