Jeanarion Kamga Delivers Best Performance of Season
Westside was led to victory by Jeanarion Kamga, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Kamga rushed for 250 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. His longest rush was for an incredible 89 yards.
The victory for Westside keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Kamga and Westside will welcome Harlem at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

West Laurens found a leader in Ty Cummings as the team took down Academy of Richmond County on Friday. Nobody could stop Cummings as he rushed for 177 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 92-yard run.
West Laurens' win bumped their record up to 5-1. They and Hephzibah are set to duel on Friday.

Davis Posts Huge Game in 12-7 Loss
While Harlem might've come up empty on Friday, Baylor Davis wasn't going down without a fight. Davis turned in nothing short of a gem, making 14 total tackles (4.0 for loss).
Aquinas's probably not too fond of Davis given he always seems to get the better of them. When Davis last faced the Fightin' Irish back in September of 2023, he made 14 total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Shannon Adkins Makes It Two for West Laurens
The second West Laurens player making an appearance here is Shannon Adkins, and for good reason. He rushed for 33 yards and two touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making six total tackles.
For the year, Adkins has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 21.2 rushing yards per game.
