Hilliard (Fla.) grabbed a lead in the first quarter and rode that momentum to a 16-0 win over
Arlington Country Day (Jacksonville, Fla.).
The Red Flashes scored six points in the first quarter. Hilliard scored on a touchdown run.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run in the first quarter, HHS was up 13-0 at the half.
The Red Flashes grew their lead to 16 points entering the fourth quarter. Hilliard scored once in the quarter on a field goal.
In a non-conference game next week Arlington Country Day (0-1) takes on Matanzas, and Hilliard (2-1) will go up against Fernandina Beach also in a non-conference game.
