Carter Grant posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
