Given Lee's Summit North's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 45th, while Notre Dame de Sion is ranked 168th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Park Hill scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They managed a 52-47 win over Raymore-Peculiar.
Lee's Summit North's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Park Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-7 record this season.
