Lake Station Edison has struggled against Crown Point recently, as their match on Monday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Ava Ziolkowski, who dropped a double-double on 41 points and 16 rebounds for Crown Point. The match was Ziolkowski's 12th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gia Gagianas, who scored 13 points along with 6 rebounds.
Lake Station Edison's loss dropped their record down to 6-1. As for Crown Point, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.
