Concord received a tough blow on Friday as they fell 34-51 to Manchester Central. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Concord.
The loss dropped Concord back to even at 4-4. The win makes it two in a row for Manchester Central and bumps their record up to 5-3.
After their action against one another, the teams are leaving the conference to test themselves against outside opponents. Concord will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Nashua North. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'. Manchester Central will stay at home against Nashua South at 7:00 PM. Manchester Central will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
