After flying high against the Ravenwood Raptors last Friday, the Nolensville Knights came back down to earth. Nolensville took a 63-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Admirals. Nolensville was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Admirals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nyla Johnson, who scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Addie Harris, who scored 14 points.
Nolensville's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Franklin, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nolensville will take on the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Centennial has now lost 12 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 21. As for Franklin, they will be playing at home against the Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Summit is no doubt hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses.
